    Your maternity pay depends on your average weekly earnings. For the first 6 weeks, you'll receive 90% of your AWE. For weeks 7–39, you'll receive the lower of £187.18 or 90% of your AWE. As working in the NHS, you may also receive enhanced pay from your employer on top of this.

    When should I tell my employer about my March due date?
